  • How do I get the free cheat?

    Please read through this thread carefully. If you have any issues, feel free to create a support ticket.

    Do you offer any free trials for paid products?

    No, not at this time.

    Do you compensate for downtime with paid products?

    Yes, we will compensate any lost time.

    How many computers can I use the cheats on?

    Our products are locked to one computer at a time, if you'd like to play on another computer (such as at an internet café), visit the dashboard to reset your hardware identifier.

    If you have ran out of hardware identifier resets, please open a support ticket and we will be happy to assist you.

  • What payment methods do you accept?

    PayPal, Stripe, Bitcoin, Bitcoin Cash, Ethereum, Litecoin, and USD Coin. If you are unable to pay through any of these methods, try finding a reseller.

    Can I get a refund?

    As noted in our Terms of Service that you agreed to when purchasing a product:

    4.4 Hash, at its sole discretion, may choose to issue a refund for a fee paid to Hash for a product or service offered by Hash, typically when a hardware or software incompatibility is identified cannot be addressed. However, it is your responsibility to review any system requirements that may be indicated and verify that you meet said requirements.

    4.5 Refunds will not be given to an Account that has been banned, whether by breaking a rule, or by admin discretion.

    You will only receive a refund if there is a technical issue that we are not able to solve.

    Do you offer lifetime plans?

    We are not able to guarentee lifetime of a product due to disinterest in the game and anti-cheat advances.

    How long does it take to receive my subscription?

    Usually it's instant, however if you made a purchase that was deemed suspicious to one of our payment processors, we will have to manually review your payment.

  • The loader doesn't work!

    Please check our network status before opening a ticket.
    If the servers are up and running and the loader does not work as intended, please create a support ticket explaining the issue and providing any error codes you may receive.

    Why does my anti-virus detect your program as malicious?

    We deploy many safe-guards to protect against anti-cheats and reverse engineering. We assure you that our products are completely safe to use.

    What operating systems does the loader support?

    Our loader will work on the following operating systems:

    • Windows 10
    • Windows 8.1
    • Windows 8
    • Windows 7 SP1

    Please keep in mind that at any time, we may choose to drop support for any of the operating systems noted above.

    The loader will NOT work on the following operating systems:

    • Windows 7 without Service Pack 1
    • Windows Vista
    • Windows XP
    • macOS
    • GNU/Linux

    Failed to communicate with the server. (Error 1001, 1003)

    This error generally happens when the data required was not received correctly from the server.

    Potential fixes include:

    • Using a VPN
    • Waiting a few minutes and trying again
    • Disabling any anti-viruses and adding a whitelist rule to your firewall

    Injection failed. (Error 1004, 1005)

    This error generally happens when the data required was not received correctly from the server or that the target process was terminated early.

    Potential fixes include:

    • Waiting a few minutes and trying again
    • Disabling any anti-viruses and adding a whitelist rule to your firewall
    • Disabling any third-party anti-cheats such as BattlEye, EasyAntiCheat, etc

    An internal exception has occurred.

    This error happens when the server has disconnected you for some reason. It generally happens if you wait too long at the product selection page.

    Internal Error 3003

    The loader was unable to load Steam properly. This can happen if you have modified the Steam registry keys.

    You may change your username if you have the Hash+ upgrade, as well as the ability to change your username color.
